Ordered tickets for free event. Have ordered a few times, but won't give me ticket and goes back to sign in section. Btw this event has explicity offered free tickets so ?? How
system wouldn't accept a credit card payment. Luckily I had Google pay set up.

STAY AWAY!!! I purchased tickets using skiddle for the roller skating disco in London and I paid for the extra refund protection just in case. I unfortunately didn't read the Small Print as it states Covid or That you just can't make it, isn't included in the refund garentte. You have to used the app to try and get an exchange or talk to someone.. which is stressful enough! Usless!!! and wast of money unless you know your defently going?
EDIT: Bought a ticket, admission time limit was wrongly communicated in the app. No way to request a refund, there. Send me to the organisers to sort this out for myself. The copy and paste reply sent me to a FAQ page, with no way to contact the 'Customer Service team' - which probably doesn't exist. There's another link 'Go to Skiddle Customer Care' which just sends you to another page with empty promises of customer support. The best you get is a bot version of an faq page. Skiddle sucks. I hope some capable company takes all your business. Until then I'll just buy at the venue.. 🙄
